The psychotherapy and counseling framework in which „Betula“ offers its services includes primarily these therapeutic approaches:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensibilization and Reprocessing) for Trauma Work (Francine Shapiro)
  • Bodywork Therapies (eg, Postural Integration (Jack Painter), Bioenergy (Alexander Lowen), Hakomi Therapy (Ron Kurtz) and others)
  • Systematic Family Therapy - including "The River of Life" (Peter Nemetschek)
  • Narrative Therapy (Michael White, David Epston)
  • Collaborative Therapy (Harlene Anderson)

Psychotherapy and counseling in „Betula“ is conducted in three languages: Croatian, English and German.
